Heroes with Paws is a fundraising event to showcase local law enforcement K-9s. Monies raised go to protective vests and other items needed by the K-9s to do their jobs. These costs are usually unbudgeted and unfunded.

K9 Jocko, Delta County Sheriff’s Office, K9s Loki and Martigan , Aurora PD, K9 Bones, Sheridan PD,
K9 Jessie, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, K9s Cyro, Bobbi and Bolt, Denver PD, K9 Bane, City of Craig PD.
The Heroes with Paws event started in 2018 with 7 dogs and 3 agencies. In 2023, more than 40 K9s and 15 agencies attended this annual event.
All proceeds will be used to purchase protective gear and supplies for the K-9s.
